Double-Walled 7-Ply Primary Carton
The assembled computer is packed in the chassis manufacturer's primary box, lined with high-density 2-inch closed-cell polyethylene foam corner bumpers. Glass side panels are shielded with protective static cling film and bubble wrap.
Reinforced Exterior Plywood Crate
For long-distance shipments outside Gujarat, the entire boxed system is enclosed in a custom-built plywood exterior crate secured with industrial steel strapping. This outer shield deflects blunt impacts from automated conveyor belts and heavy cargo sorting hubs.

Inspect External Wooden Crate
Cut the steel strapping and remove the outer plywood cover. Inspect the inner carton for intact security seals.
Unbox Desktop on Flat Surface
Gently pull the PC out of the polyethylene foam corner caps and place it upright on your desk or table.
Remove Tempered Glass & Internal Foam
Loosen the glass panel thumb-screws by hand. Gently lift the pre-molded Instapak expanding foam pack out of the interior.
Connect Video & Power Cables
Plug your display monitor cable into the dedicated graphics card port (not the motherboard port). Connect the heavy-duty AC power cord.
