Carry-in: take the product with a copy of the invoice to an ASUS Service Centre and collect it after repair. Onsite: apply online at https://as-rma.asus.com/in (or rma.asus.com/in) or call the toll-free number; an ASUS engineer visits, diagnoses and repairs. Walk-in centres work first-in first-out. Out-of-warranty/physical or liquid damage: Rs 800 service charge + parts, Rs 250 diagnosis-only, Rs 550 visit within 50 km (per ASUS FAQ). Back up your data before service.
