1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of techcureindia.com and any purchase you make from TECHCUREINDIA (“TechCure India”, “we”, “us”), a proprietorship firm registered under GST in Gujarat, India (GSTIN 24BWOPP1790F1Z9), with its registered office at G-64, Silver Business Point, Opp. Nayara Petrol Pump, Green Road, Utran, Surat – 394105, Gujarat, India. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Warranty Policy.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of the billing, shipping and contact details you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Products and descriptions
We list each product by manufacturer model number wherever available. Images are representative; colours and packaging may differ slightly. Custom PC configurations are built to the specification confirmed with you in writing (website order or WhatsApp/email confirmation). We may correct errors in descriptions or pricing and may decline or cancel an order affected by such an error, with a full refund of any amount paid.
4. Prices and payment
All prices on techcureindia.com are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, EMI (where offered) and bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) as per our payment details page. An order is confirmed only after payment is received in full. A GST tax invoice is issued for every order; business customers should provide their GSTIN at the time of order to claim input credit.
5. Custom builds
Custom PCs are assembled after order confirmation and undergo a 24-hour stress test before dispatch. Because they are built to your specification, custom builds cannot be cancelled once assembly has started or returned except for manufacturing defects or transit damage, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customer-supplied parts are installed at your risk regarding their condition and compatibility, although we test the completed system.
6. Shipping and risk
We ship across India through insured courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates. Title passes to you on delivery; because shipments are insured, transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video is covered as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Warranty
Every component carries its manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–5 years depending on brand and product). TechCure India additionally provides one year of build support and coordinates warranty (RMA) claims with the manufacturer or authorised service centre on your behalf during the first year. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, electrical surge, unauthorised modification or improper use. See our Warranty Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The TechCure India name, logo and website content are owned by TECHCUREINDIA and protected under the laws of India. Product names and logos belong to their respective manufacturers and are used for identification only.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape or copy content for commercial use, or submit false or misleading information.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, trading losses or loss of profit. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.
11. Grievance redressal

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
