Manufacturer warranty on every part
Every component sold by TechCure India is a genuine product sourced from authorised Indian distributors and carries the manufacturer’s India warranty. Typical periods (check the product page for the exact term):

Serial numbers of all parts are printed on your GST invoice, which is the warranty document.
TechCure India build support (custom & prebuilt PCs)
- 1 year of build support: assembly, BIOS, driver, Windows and configuration issues are resolved by us on WhatsApp/call, remotely, or in-store.
- RMA handled for you: if a part fails in the first year, you contact us — we arrange pickup, deal with the manufacturer or service centre, and return the repaired/replaced part. Reverse pickup for DOA and first-year part failures in custom builds is arranged by us.
- 24-hour burn-in test: every build ships with a CPU, GPU and memory stress-test report.
- On-site service in Surat & Gujarat by appointment; elsewhere via remote support or courier.
What warranty does not cover
- Physical damage, bent pins, cracked PCBs, broken connectors
- Liquid damage, corrosion, dust or insect ingress
- Damage from power surges, faulty UPS/mains, or use of non-rated power supplies
- Overclocking beyond manufacturer limits, BIOS/firmware modification, or unauthorised repair
- Tampered or missing serial-number labels or warranty seals
- Software issues, viruses, data loss (always keep a backup)
- Consumables: thermal paste, cables, batteries
How to claim
- Message +91 96907 96307 or email support@techcureindia.com with your invoice number, the part and a description/video of the fault.
- We diagnose remotely within 1 working day. If the part must be sent, we share the address or arrange pickup.
- Manufacturer turnaround is typically 7–21 days depending on brand; we keep you updated.
