How to get DeepCool service in India

DeepCool's knowledge base says warranty claims should first go to the point of purchase (authorised reseller/distributor). If that is not possible, submit a ticket to DeepCool Support with proof of purchase (invoice), product photo, serial-number photo and a detailed problem description. Products bought from non-authorised/private sellers are not covered; DeepCool does not give refunds to end users.
