Why your PC takes 3–5 working days

Every TechCure India PC is stress-tested for 24–48 hours before it ships

After assembly we push each PC to full load with OCCT, a professional stability-testing tool, for 24 to 48 hours. Faults that only show up under long, heavy use — a weak RAM stick, a hot CPU, an unstable graphics card or a struggling power supply — are caught here, in our Surat workshop, not at your desk.

  • 24–48 hour test
  • CPU · RAM · GPU · VRAM · power
  • Temperatures watched live
  • Zero errors to pass

What OCCT checks on your PC

  • Processor (CPU)Runs the CPU at full load and checks every calculation for errors — finds an unstable processor or a cooler that can't keep up.

  • Memory (RAM)Writes and re-reads the memory again and again; one wrong bit is a fail. Catches faulty sticks and unstable XMP / EXPO speeds.

  • CPU + RAM stabilityOCCT's stability test loads the processor and memory together — the closest thing to months of real work in a few hours.

  • Graphics card (3D)3D Standard and 3D Adaptive tests render heavy scenes with error detection; Adaptive raises the load step by step to find the point where a card turns unstable.

  • Graphics memory (VRAM)Fills and checks the card's video memory for errors — the cause of most artefacts and game crashes.

  • Power testCPU and graphics card at full load at the same time — the hardest job for the power supply, so a weak or noisy PSU shows up before delivery.

  • Live monitoringTemperatures, clock speeds, voltages, power draw and fan speeds are watched in real time for the whole run, so we know the PC stays cool under load.

  • StorageThe SSD is checked during setup and the system drive is tested for read / write problems before Windows and drivers go on.

Our full build checklist

  1. Parts checked — every part is brand-new and sealed; compatibility was already verified by our PC Builder.
  2. Assembly & cable management — built by hand in Surat, cables routed for clean airflow.
  3. BIOS, drivers & memory profile — BIOS updated, XMP / EXPO set, latest drivers installed.
  4. 24–48 hour OCCT stress test — CPU, RAM, graphics, VRAM and power, with live temperature monitoring. Any error = we find the cause, fix it and test again.
  5. Final check & safe packing — ports, fans and lighting checked, then packed for insured delivery across India with a GST invoice.

That is why a PC is dispatched in 3–5 working days, while a single part ships in 1–2 days. OCCT is made by OCBASE — you can read about the tests on their official site.

Questions

Can I get my PC faster?

The test is the reason it takes time, and we don't skip it. If you need the PC urgently, message us — we'll tell you honestly what is possible for your build.

What happens if a part fails the test?

We replace or re-tune the part (for example a RAM stick or a memory profile) and run the test again. The PC ships only after it passes.

Do upgraded or custom PCs get the same test?

Yes — every PC we build, prebuilt or custom from the PC Builder, goes through the same test.
