Brand warranty, near you — Each component carries its brand’s warranty, claimable at an authorised service centre in or near your city.
We handle your claim — Short on time or unsure of the process? We coordinate the warranty claim for you.
Video-call diagnosis first — Our engineers diagnose over video call and remote support; software issues we try to fix remotely.
Pickup & drop for the affected part — In most cases you won’t need to send the entire PC.
Your work keeps running — We arrange another part for you to use while the claim is processed (we confirm the part and timeline beforehand).
After the claim — We send you the repaired or replacement part and collect the temporary one.

Good to know

This is a service, not a physical product - nothing is shipped. We do it during assembly at our Surat store, or by remote session for a TechCure PC.
AI tools are assistants. Local models can make mistakes and are not the same as ChatGPT, so a human check is needed.
