Tested before dispatch — Thoroughly tested before it ships; stable power, earthing and a UPS keep it stable.
Brand warranty, near you — Each product carries its brand’s warranty, serviced at the brand’s authorised service centre in or near your city.
We can log the complaint — Short on time? We register the warranty complaint (call log) with the brand for you.
Or we deposit it for you — Bring or courier the product to our Surat store; our engineers deposit it at the authorised service centre and send you the receipt on WhatsApp.
You follow up, we update — You follow up with the service centre using that receipt; when the product comes back to us we tell you on WhatsApp right away.
Service centre timelines — Repair or replacement time is decided by the brand, so please keep some patience.

What is a local LLM AI assistant?
A local LLM is an AI chatbot that runs on your own PC's graphics card instead of on a cloud server. It is private, works without internet and has no monthly fee.

Is the AI assistant really free?
Yes. TechCure India sets up the Personal AI Assistant and local LLM free with every complete custom PC build (processor, motherboard, RAM and storage). It is not offered on single-part orders.

Which PC can run a local AI model?
A PC with a modern NVIDIA RTX GPU gives the best speed. We choose the AI model size to fit your GPU's VRAM and system RAM, so every build gets the best model it can run smoothly.

Do I need internet or a subscription?
No. After setup, the AI assistant runs offline on your PC. Internet is only needed if you want to download newer AI models later.

Free AI setup is included with every complete PC build delivered or installed by TechCure India. The AI model is chosen according to your GPU and RAM.
