How to get GALAX service in India

GALAX (part of the Palit Group) asks customers to contact their local authorised distributor / the seller where the card was purchased for the localised RMA process, and to email tech@galaxytech.com for technical and warranty questions. Proof of purchase (invoice) is required; cards bought from unauthorised resellers or marketplaces such as Amazon/eBay are excluded under the GALAX warranty terms.
